Job Description
The Technology Promotion Department launched agile development process improvement, scrum control, verification perspective development, and agile QA lead service six years ago.
Recently, we have expanded the scope of service provision to include agile coaches in large-scale agile, product owner support, and DevOps introduction support.
Not only the quality-related part, but also the development work is being carried out in collaboration with group companies.
In addition to normal development, there are also projects where you can entrust us with UI / UX design and overall product development for our customers.
Requirements
[MUST] All of the following experiences must be possessed
・ Customer negotiation experience (including proposals, quotations, and project management)
・ Management experience in Web system and application development projects
・ Knowledge of agile development
・ Experience of PJ management while weighting each task and changing priorities
[WANT]
・ Experience in project management on the business company or vendor side
・ Experience of managing multiple projects in parallel
・ A person who wants experience in managing a wide range of small and medium-sized projects, not a part of a large-scale project
・ A person who can sympathize with SHIFT's business content and vision
・ A person who can work with aspiration, motivation, and responsibility
・ Honestly Those who can accept things and those who can actively work on the business
