Job Description

As a development engineer, you will be responsible for the server-side development and operation of all our products in the ToB/ToC business, which creates a new social infrastructure for families.

Department: Product Development Division, Product Engineering Department
Members: 22 (22 full-time employees, including 12 overseas)

Required Skills
Web application development experience using Rails
Have run/maintained a web application in Rails
Has written tests using RSpec or MiniTest

Desired Skills
Regularly applies updates for new versions of Rails and gems in a Rails web application
Develops, publishes, and maintains gems on rubygems.org
Development experience with github flow
Management experience as a ”playing manager”
